Roundhouse, Camden, London, 8:50. I missed the support band because of the obligatory pre-show beers to order. The musicians arrive, conquering the stage that never seemed to look so small (quite obvious if I compare it to the Major Lazer one a couple of weeks back when Diplo and his 2 acolytes were pretty much running around a bunch of speakers). 2 percussionists (with a funny looking drum set), 5 strings, 1 keyboardist, someone at the trigger pads and 3 brasses. An intro to show off the power of orchestral sound and Yoann as Woodkid arrives on stage, acclaimed by the crowd.
Listen to The Strokes, Daft Punk, College, Major Lazer, The Lumineers, Chad Valley, alt-J and loads!
Enjoy.
Mais il faut pas que tu désespères.
Perds pas espoir.
Promis-juré qu’on la vivra notre putain de belle histoire.
Fauve is releasing an EP Blizzard on the 20th of May. Enjoy.
(Not Available on Spotify)
Listen to Bakermat, Gotye, The Antlers, Vampire Weekend, James Blake, Mitzi, Major Lazer, Solar Bears and lots of others…
Have a good listen.
FINALLY! After a few days of overlistening to the 1min video teaser, Daft Punk released the full version of the song. This is the first song of their new album Random Access Memories which will be out on May 21. Enjoy folks.
The new project by Air Jean-Benoit ‘Darkel‘ Dunckel alongside with Lou Hayter, the keyboard player from New Young Pony Club, and also a vocalist in her own outfit The New Sins. An eponym album called Tomorrow’s World. A song, Drive. They will be playing in London on the 15th of May. I’ll see you there. Enjoy.
The well awaited new Vampire Weekend album is out on the 14th of May and will be called Modern Vampires Of The City. First single is Diane Young. Enjoy.
